When my computer is connected to my TOTOLINK router and cannot obtain an IP address, I can check if my PC is configured as a static IP by following these steps
Set up steps|
Right-click the network icon in the lower right corner of the desktop, click to open "Network and internet settings"
Scroll down, find and click on Network and Sharing Center
Click on Ethernet
Find and double-click Internet Protocol 4 (TCP/IPv4)
The page automatically jumps back to Ethernet and click OK
